Although originally from Ohio, when Kim moved to New Orleans in 1997 she knew that she had found her home. The warmth, quirkiness, and joy of its people; the layers of historic architecture, culture, and cuisine; its celebration of life and renewal gave Kim a deep sense of Love and belonging that she had never felt in any other city.
Kim worked in interior design before falling in love with New Orleans Real Estate more than ten years ago. Throughout the years, she has become known for the concierge-level service she provides for buyers and sellers before, during and after a sale. Kim always puts the needs of others before herself; she is trustworthy, discrete and passionate. Naturally, one to go above and beyond, Kim has assembled a top-notch team of service providers and resources to help her clients experience a seamless and stress-free real estate transaction. She is a staunch supporter of her clients as well as a master negotiator. It is no surprise that over the last decade, she has become a well-respected name in the New Orleans real estate market.
In addition to real estate, Kim is an avid supporter of causes helping to improve the lives of people in her community. She has donated time and resources to numerous charitable organizations, including Metairie Park Country Day School, St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church, the New Orleans Mission, the ALS Association and as a former board member of the Literacy Alliance of Greater New Orleans. When Kim is not busy caring for her clients, you may find her spending quality time with her family, her dog and a cat and two rabbits she has taken in from her doorstep.
